What TalentedXpert does
- Post a task and hire vetted experts. Businesses describe the work, receive proposals from independent professionals, and hire without recruiter fees or long-term headcount commitments.
- Find freelance projects. Independent experts browse open tasks and projects across a wide range of skills and industries, bid on the ones that fit, and get paid through the platform.
- Run enterprise procurement end to end. Organisations use TalentedXpert as an eProcurement and Vendor Management System (VMS) — tendering, sourcing, contracting, onboarding, paying and rating every vendor in one place.
- Keep payments and disputes in one place. Milestones, invoicing and dispute resolution run inside the platform, so neither side has to chase paperwork across email and spreadsheets.
